Peter’s perspective
As a headteacher, I had a reputation for innovation and creative thinking. As a mentor I have built on this, helping people generate ideas and radical solutions through an exciting, rewarding process of cognitive alchemy.
Having helped a number of small start-up businesses to identify innovative opportunities, several have asked me to continue working with them on the ongoing process of turning ideas into action.
Working with experts through the Spiral Partnership, I have been able to support them through the process of product refinement, research and development, offering challenge, training and help with getting ideas to the marketplace.
