We look after your email address and phone numbers (and any other data for that matter) as we would wish that you look after ours.

We have never been clever enough to do a mail shot, but from now on will send group emails out via MailChimp to comply with all the new rules that we don’t really understand so we are grateful that the clever people at MailChimp do!

We really will only contact you when we genuinely think we have something of interest and value to you and or the people you care about.

We (… well the clever folk at MailChimp) will always give you the opportunity to stop receiving communications from us and we (…well once again the clever folks at MailChimp) will always stop any further such communications immediately.

Our technical team (Katja to you and me – who sorts everything IT’ish out for us and seems to understand an un-healthy amount when it comes to GDPR, outgoing servers, pixels and a whole feast of acronyms) has made sure that our website email etc is all stored safely and we have a little padlock on our website address now that apparently proves we are all grown up and serious about digital safety – so we can all sleep easy.

Much like the Sesame Street Cookie Monster we do use cookies (not that I have the faintest idea what they are or do) and so an annoying pop up will now appear every time you go on our website … hint hint…about time you did…we have a new one with pictures and everything!) and we use these cookies because like everybody else in the world we use Google and Microsoft and apple and they use cookies so we have to tell you and now we have…and we trust you feel better for knowing.

We use “collect” performance cookies for Google Analytics: “These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.” This cookie is collected by session only and know as a pixel tracker.

Really, REALLY Important bit.

Basically, like you we try really hard to just be decent and kind and respectful and helpful in all that we do. If you ever feel we could do more/ less/ better with regards your personal details and or you want to know what data (about you) that we hold – PLEASE just contact us straight away and we’ll have a chat and sort everything out to your satisfaction.
