A Mindset, Behaviour and Culture Change Programme from The Spiral Partnership.
This three-day programme has been designed to further equip you – the participant – with the tools and skills to think bigger and better.
Through a series of to think bigger and planned activities, thought pieces and provocations we shall support and challenge participants to think, consider and discuss ideas, challenges, beliefs and aspirations.
‘So it’s up to me’ has been designed to help all participants develop confidence, ambition and responsibility in pursuing heightened goals and expectations for themselves and others.
Supported by coaching, mentoring and on going consultancy ‘So it’s up to me’ has already received powerful testimony from a wide number and range of participants as having helped them change their lives, change their attitude towards themselves and others and to take responsibility for making change happen. From stopping smoking to travelling the world, from promotion at work to better relationships with their children, from setting up their own business to becoming better parents – the stories, applications and outcomes are as varied as they are numerous.

The Spiral Partnership was set up in 2003 to help individuals, communities and organisations understand how and why they think and act the way they do and to give these individuals, communities and organisations the skills and tools to think, act and achieve differently.
The Spiral Partnership now works around the world in countries as diverse as Myanmar, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, Lebanon, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan supporting organisation, culture and mindset change.
In the UK The Spiral Partnership supports successful organisation change through leadership development and provides coaching and mentoring to a wide range of commercial and education sector organisations including The Royal Mint, Steelcase, Argos and Alcumus Group. In the education sector we have worked with FE Colleges, individual schools and a number of educational trusts amongst many other smaller organisations and individuals in the third sector.
